**NEW SINGLE**
CURTAIN FALLS

Released: 8th November

The track is a mid tempo smash which features the boys trademark soaring vocals and a brilliant rap section from Simon.
You may recongise the backing track as being 'Gangsters Paradise'. Blue wrote the lyrics to go with the track, Curtain Falls.

First single All Rise. Latest single, Curtain Falls. Does this mean this is the last single before they split. NO!

After their tour in 2005, the boys are taking a year out, to pursue solo careers. They promise to return with fresh ideas for a fifth album.

Rockingham - May 2nd
All of 3 of us ($arah, £mmie and Hev@) went to see BLUE in Rockingham on 2nd May. We had a  great time as we were VIP's! We managed to get right to the front. We had a massive banner, which BLUE saw. Songs they sung included Breathe Easy, Bubblin, One Love, All Rise, Signed Sealed Delivered I'm Yours, Sorry Seems To Be The Hardest Word, Taste It, If You Come Back, Too Close and Riders. There was also support acts; Freefaller (I think everyone thought Ollie, the lead singer, was fit (well, apart from Heather), Flashjane (2 girls - didn't go down very well to a crowd full of girls!), D-Side and V!

Blue gets top European Airplay in 2003

Across Europe, Sorry Seems To Be The Hardest Word was in the top 10 of most played records last year picking up over 32,000 plays!!!! They were in good company too, alongside them in the top 10 were Robbie, Dido, Xtina and Beyonce to name a few!

We went to see Blue on Tour in December 2003, and the concert was amazing. Their performance was outstanding, in everyway - the level of singing was very high, as were the dance moves, the lighting and general atmosphere. They sound even better live than recorded, and I would encourage everyone of you to experience one of their concerts if you can!

Blue on David Blaine
20-OCT-2003

As David Blaine emerged from his box, Blue have been offering their insights into his ordeal.

Duncan and Lee have differing opinions on what the stunt was all about.

Duncan reckons: "I think it goes to show that if you put your mind to it you can achieve so much."

He added: "He must smell, 'cause he hasn't had a bath or washed for 44 days!"

While Lee has a slightly more obscure viewpoint:

"I think he's an alien! Sorry I've gotta say this, I know I've got a thing about aliens, but I think he's an alien."

When his band mate reminded him of his oft quoted desire to make love to an alien, Lee's adamant response was another classic:

"I ain't making love to him!"

This is a letter a magazine recieved:

"I'm Duncan's dad - and I don't want anything from him!

I am writing to express my outrage at the comments Duncan James made about me in your interview with Blue in issue 43 (Wonder Boys). In it, he said, "I've never had anything to do with my dad. It was one of those classic stories. He came out of the woodwork because he wanted something." This is complete and utter rubbish. It was Duncan's mother, Fiona, who initially got in contact with my sister and then my mother, who eventually gave Fiona my number. Then she called to ask if I knew who my son was, which I didn't, and I spoke to Duncan then. I did not "come out of the woodwork", nor did I want anything from my son. It was Fiona and Duncan who got in touch with me.

The relationship between Fiona and me was over before Duncan was born. I did not abandon him. This was all dead and buried until Fiona decided to make it public - no doubt to promote her new book, which has since sold out. My whole family, including my children in Germany, have been affected by this and we've had to put up with all sorts of lies being printed. Now I want to set the record straight. While the door is open to Duncan, and always was, I have never asked for anything from him and I never will.
